Valentine's Day Party ideas

Valentine's Day is just around the corner!  Are you ready for it yet?  For some reason Valentine's Day always seems to sneak up on me.  Probably because I still feel like I need a good holiday/party detox from Christmas, New Year's, and Emi's Birthday.  Ha ha!  But this year, I'm trying really hard to make more of an effort in celebrating this holiday because my littles absolutely love it!

So, the day after Emi's birthday party, I pulled out our Valentine's Day decorations box and had the littles help me decorate our house.  I've also already gotten the littles' class and friend Valentines ready to go
and bought the Valentines Dave and I will give the littles during our family Valentine's Day Dinner party.  Sometimes we have done a Valentine's Day breakfast if the holiday falls on weekend.  But since it is on a Tuesday this year, we will stick with dinner.  So far, I have the table setting for our dinner all planned out.  But am still trying to figure out what I want to make for our dinner.  Luckily, I saved a few good ideas for my Amazing Recipes Pinterest board.  Which should help make the deciding process pretty easy.  After reading over everything I've done so far, I think it's safe to say that I won't find myself at Target standing in 10 people long line at 11:45 PM this year!

Aside from trying to not put off my Valentine's Day to-do's, I'm also wanting to stick with the tradition of doing some sort of Valentine's Day party.  Last year, I hosted an Emoji themed Galentine's Day party for a few of my mom friends.  And it was so much fun!  I just loved putting together so many fun Valentine's Day party ideas for me and my friends!  But this year, I thought it would be even more fun to do a party with my littles.  So I got together with my mommy blogger friends Sandy (Sandy a la Mode), Anna (A Mermaid Diary), Rachel (Tutus and Heels), and Blakely (John and Blakes) to put together some of the best Valentine's Day party ideas for the cutest Mommy and Me Valentines party that consisted of yummy treats, dressing up fancy, and the cutest and easiest Valentine's Day craft!

If a kid (and mom) friendly Valentine's Day party is something you are wanting to do, feel free to snag any of the Valentine's Day party ideas we had!  Or you can even check out my Valentine's Day Pinterest board for even more Valentine's Day party ideas!

To give you a better idea of what our party looked like, I put together a little video that I'm also sharing on my Youtube Channel.  Have you subscribed yet?  If not, you'll want to make sure that you do because I'm going to be hosting my first giveaway there next FRIDAY and you wont want to miss it!
