I am super excited to share todays post. You all know I love health and fitness. And if you're new to Mumsy, now you know. In fact I wrote a post a couple months ago about the basics of a 5K here. So I'm thrilled to share that we will be running the Haunted Half! Well... we aren't running the half, we are registered for the 5k and the kids run. Michelle plans on walking, I plan on running, and our littles are doing the kid run. And we wanted to invite any of you to join us cause there is something for everyone. Plus, running is way more fun with friends, just saying. See below for more deets.

We are running the Provo Haunted 5k on October 25th so get those sneakers and costumes ready ladies. This is going to be a ton of fun.
There's going to be lots for the kids to do too. They will have bounce houses, face painting, donuts on a string, and bobbing for apples. Something I'm looking forward to is the mummification station. Basically here you get to "TP" your friends. Yes! I'm probably a little too excited for this.
The race itself sound fun! Everyone will run through a spook alley, a cemetery zone with ghosts, headstones, and skeletons, a haunted forest zone with spiders and blowup spook trees. And the race course goes through a spook alley tunnel! Lastly everyone who runs gets a medal! We are all winners, yeah!

The coolest part about participating is the charity benefitting from this race is Kids On The Move. If you have never heard of them they are a wonderful local program that helps young children with developmental delays. "Kids On The Move provides services throughout Utah County to children with special needs and to assist families. Our mission is to support the development of young children, through three main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start and Autism Bridges." So the cause is definitely worth contributing to.
So sign-up, come, and run with us or sign up and come run! It's going to be awesome. Have a great Saturday and let us know if you have any questions.
