Funfetti Blondies

Later today, my family and I will be going to see my sweet little Gus sing in his preschool's spring time concert.  Following performance, there will be a luncheon, and I signed up to bring a dessert.  Wanting to bring something that I knew would be a definite crowd pleaser,  I decided to whip up a batch of oober addicting funfetti blondies.

Aside from being sinfully delicious, these little blondies call for only six ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to make!

So, the next time you want to make a dessert that will leave everyone with a smile on their face and tummy, make a batch of funfetti blondies. Instead of coming back for seconds, people will be coming back for thirds and fourths! Because, lets be honest, who can resist anything with a crap load of sprinkles in it?!

Happy Baking!

Funfetti Blondies

1 box yellow cake mix

1/4 canola or vegetable oil

1 egg

1/3 cup of milk

1/2 cup of sprinkles

1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine the first four ingredients together.

3. Add the milk slowly.  Mix.  Stir in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles.

4. Pour batter into a greased 11x7 pan.  Distribute more sprinkles over the top, place in the oven, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

5. Let cool for 30 minutes, cut into squares, and serve.
