Here's a great winter activity to occupy the kids and let their creative juices flow.
We started the activity by talking about stained glass as an artform and discussing patterns and shapes.
1. Cut the tissue paper into squares. You will want many colors.

2. Let the kids create. When they're done you take another piece of contact paper and place it over the decorated piece. Be sure to cover the tissue paper side.

3. Cut out black strips of paper for the frame. Attach the strips by glue or tape.
4. Use a piece of tape or add some string to hang.
